Alcohol-Free Mojito

This refreshing beverage (“Mojito” in Spanish means “wet”) quickly conquered European countries when tourism started developing, but United States and Cuba had been conquered much erlier.

Ingredients for alcohol-free Mojito (for 2 persons):

  • 2 glasses (400 g) of “Wave of Baikal” carbonated water
  • 4 - 5 tea spoons of brown cane sugar
  • 1 lime
  • Fresh mint
  • Ice

How to make alcohol-free Mojito:

Slice a lime in half (for one portion you'll need one half of the lime) and slice each half in 4 pieces. Put brown sugar in a highball glass, then squeeze the lime into the glass along with the rind. Tear mint leafs into the glass. Mix it all up with ice cubes, filling 2/3 of the glass. Then fill the glass with “Wave of Baikal” sparkling water, and decorate with a sliced lime or mint leafs. Engoy... with or without a straw.
